Denver — The Ellison family will gather friends, relatives, and several decades of wedding photographs on Saturday, October 3, to mark a quarter century of marriage, according to an announcement released this week.
The celebration, set for 7:00 PM at the Grand Ballroom, is described in the family’s announcement as “a toast to the mornings, the deadlines, and the dinner tables.”
Mrs. Ellison, who requested “one more piece of cake, no arguments,” said the couple’s secret to twenty-five years is simple: save each other a seat.
