By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.

Services

• Managed IT — monitoring, support, backups, and security for your business, scoped to your environment.
• Websites — design, hosting, and ongoing maintenance of your website under a productized plan.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and content.
• Ensure your content is lawful and that you have the rights to use it.
• Keep your account and service credentials secure.

Pricing & billing

• Website plans are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly) plus a one-time setup fee where noted. Managed IT plans are month-to-month retainers.
• Where a plan is described as a starting or indicative rate (for example, managed IT), your final rate is confirmed on a free assessment before you are billed.
• Charges are billed in advance and processed securely by Stripe. You will receive a receipt for each charge.

Cancellation

Website plans can be cancelled at any time; service continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Managed IT plans are month-to-month and require 30 days' written notice. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Intellectual property

You own your content, brand, and domain. We retain ownership of our underlying template designs and frameworks, which we license to you for use on your site.

No warranty & limitation of liability

We use reasonable efforts to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the issue arose.

Termination

We may suspend or end services for non-payment or material breach of these Terms. You may end your services as described in the Cancellation section.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
